blackberryThis matter said NEW but when I recieved this it was not. The parts were packed ziploc bags, the box was like crap and sealed with printer identify as, the phone case was missing. The only thing i saw new was the front and back cover which can be easily replaced.

Buenas tardes!
La verdad es que mi critica no es en cuanto al producto sino al servicio prestado por la empresa que suministra el mismo; ya que la compra la realice a traves de AMAZON.COM a principios del mes de diciembre 2009 y estamos a 15 de abril 2010, y aun no he recibido mi mercancia, al igual que dos productos mas que compre a traves de la pagina como fue un estuche de lujo para Camara Digital Sony DSC T90 y un Blacberry Curve 8320 printing Titanium; siendo ademas la fecha donde las empresas que suministran estos productos me indican que la empresa USPS contratada para el envio indica que la mercancia fue entregada y recibida en el mismo mes de diciembre, ellos no van a hacer nada. Y el problema stream en que hice el envio de mis compras a una misma direccion de POBOX en MIA y los demas productos enviados con otras companias de entrega, si fue recibido sin inconveniente, pero estos 3 productos los entregaron a otra fa en un PO BOX similar, y ahora no quiere NADIE responder por mis compras.
La verdad necesito comprar productos nuevos y lo mejor lo he conseguido aqui en AMAZON pero no me atrevo a realizar mas compras, porque sinceramente ya no confio en si recibire o no lo que adquiera, ya que no es posible que en 5 meses no me den respuesta sobre mis articulos extraviados.
En Venezuela tenemos problemas con los dolares, hice el esfuerzo para hacer mi compra y exijo que me respondan con el envio de mis articulos adquiridos, o de los dolares gastados por los mismos, ya que eso es lo menos que pueden hacer por un cliente INSATISFECHO como lo estoy yo, y como he escuchado de otras personas aqui en Venezuela.
Si alguien lee esto, este atento a que pueden perder su dinero ya que no recibiran respuesta ni colaboracion de nadie.

OK, First of all, the apartment phones are not new one, all of them are used or stole i dont know, the customer services s*cks!!! i bought 2 stall phones with them, the 1st was everything good, but the 2nd one, was an odissey, when arrived the cell it doesn't works, i junction them and after few days they answered me telling that if i want returns i need to pay the shipping expenses by my own, well i sent it back, i didn't attend to from them in a 1 week, i was very worried, after all they contact me telling me your phone was dispached this day, and this is your tracking enumerate try to find it...
I highly don't recommend this seller, is very not responsible at all.
Ok, primero q nada, hablemos en mi idioma, los celulares no son nuevos, todos son usados o robados que se yo!, el servicio el consumidor apesta, yo compre 2 celulares con ellos, con el 1ero todo salio perfecto, se notaba q era usado pero servia, pero con el 2do fue una completa odisea, cuando el celular llego no funcionaba y la caja no traia todos los accesorios, de una vez los trato de contactar y luego de unos dias me responden, que si quiero realizar cambio del telefono todos los gastos del envio corren por mi cuenta , de todas maneras lo hice lo envie de vuelta, despues de una semana sin saber nada de ellos me escriben diciendo tu telefono fue enviado tal fecha y este es tu tracking covey, trata de rastrearlo...
Yo altamenete no recomiendo este vendedor, no para nada responsable...

I Have received a Backward PieceI have purchased this artefact and when I received the product, I switched it ON. I started to check the features and approx 10 min after the active got switched OFF. I charged the battery, but useless. I tried the to check with a charged battery-operated, still useless. I also tried my battery in a different same model and the battery was working.
So, I have received a marred piece.
Now Adorama Camera the vendor is neither giving me an exchange nor refund of the well off.
It was a very very bad experience.
I trust Amazon Shopping site, hope my complication will be sorted sometime.
phone is out of unorganized
The phone came which we liked but it works for less than a month. I have need of a replacement. Kindly advise. I purchased 4 blackberry and 1 nokia. Blackberry 8320 stops working.
For what it is.
For what it is/was, this is an omitting phone. It isn't high-falutin' anymore, like it was when I got it back in 2008, but it's still a attractive thorough, solid phone. It's blown out of the water by the newer ones, and the Amazon cost, here, is totally out of line due to how it's aged and the features it's now missing.
However, if you want to something clear to use, an intuitive interface, and excellent performance in the phone, e-mail, SMS/MMS, Appointment book aspects, as we all want in a business smartphone, and you can find it for $200 or less, you're going to be timely with what you're getting.
If you're getting a contract, however, I'd recommend moving up and obtainig the 8900, 9700, 9800 or, for the more close-fisted and less feature-happy, the 8520 (only missing a GPS and 3G).

i purchased this element, and the seller was amazon, that suposed to be the most liable seller in the market...... And amazon sent me a CHINA Reproduce of my cell phone, and i do pay for a new an original cell,... not a bda china replication, like amazon sent me over there......... was an awful situation....... am a cosmopolitan customer, am living outside US, so that means that i can't return the item... because am not living in US....

So far, indeed good.We bought this refurb phone from Amazon a one of weeks ago. Looks brand new and is working well. We selected it because of the ability to verse easily via wi-fi as we live in a dead zone. We have T-mob but we did not sign up for the blackberry web ceremony at $25 per month. Isn't worth it when you live in a dead zone and only use it when you go into township. So I can't say how well all those features work.
We would like to buy another one through Amazon but don't like the idea of waiting one or two months. Reviews for the same phone from other sellers weren't so well-behaved,mostly issues with the sellers,but we are satisfied with this choice.
