Do ***NOT*** buy this.I am a network civil servant who deals with BlackBerries all day. I manage three enterprise server and about 60 devices. I got this as a replacement for someone who insisted on staying with a Pearl.
First, it's not genuinely refurbished. The package says "BlackBerry Mobile Device", without the RIM logo, which leads me to in this package was printed elsewhere.
Second, it used to be T-Mobile branded. Not effective how they got the logo off the front of the phone (probably WD-40 or something), but the boot screen still shows the T-Transportable logo (the phone is unlocked, of course, and can work with any carrier.)
Third, the track veer as well as the back button and some keys aren't working well; you need to put in a lot of effort in regulation to get them to perform the commands you want.
Returning it, regretting ever even falling for this. the "Sold by Amazon.com" threw me off.
Matter with big problem
this thing have a big problem. When cell phone was turn on, The cellular stay with the curtain in black. I paid 75$ for fix the item.
Don't destroy your money and time on this product
I purchased this phone intellectual that I was getting a good deal for my money. This was the first time I was purchasing a refurbished ingredient and it will be the last. The phone appeared beat-up and old. If refurbished items are supposed to be reconstructed to plant standards well this did not happen. The phone stop working after several days. I am returning it today.

Very inferior
I received my phone without the bum cover of the battery and I have sent emails to the suplier and so far not helped me, I can not use the phone without the mobile cover. I think this is a huge lack of respect for the customer.

Monstrous
It is seductive to buy an unlocked Blackberry at this price, but DON'T!! I had one 56 days and it had to be wiped (everything removed and reloaded) 3 times and then the cloak just went black. Check the forums (crackberry.com) and you will see the bugs this phone has. I got mine from [...](NEVER Traffic WITH THOSE A#!hOLES.) Finally got my money back and called AT&T. They waived my upgrade fee and I am getting a Droid even cheaper. Even if the Droid is pushchair, it has a 5 mega pixel camera vs the Pearl 1 mega pixel. The Pearl is really outdated! Like wealthy from MP3 back to 8 track
A novel experience
A ample phone arrived in excellent condition. It lives up to it reputation. I have not found any of the negatives so far. Took a bit geeting cast-off to. However I was disappointed that the photograph of the phone shown was not as in the package. This one had a AT&T logo on the crop panel of the phone while the one advertised had none. I live outside of the US and this phone was intended for a power as a result it was very tacky. AT&T does not even exist where we live.
Bad Buy
It is such a dissatisfied buy. Bought this Blackberry 8100 last June and it has stopped working already. My first fiasco was when I turned on the phone and saw T Mobile appeared on the screen. I bought a new phone but it turned out to be a refurbished.
There were several other operational problems throughout the sententious life of the phone so it is an overall failure.

Terrable investmentI have gotten this phone about a year and a partially ago and ever since I got it I have had problems with it. If you lose the leather pouch that comes with the phone, get another one in a wink or kiss the phone good bye. All of the keys will become desensitized and the courser capsule will stop scrolling in certain directions. Reception is bad but that may have more to do with my service provider. The spelling suggestions are gruesome. The metalized plastic (chrome) wears down quick and will make the phone look absolutely bad fast. This phone has given me one headache after another. I plan to get another phone as lief as I can afford to change carriers.

I been using this phone in replacement of my issued phone, being an unlocked phone, I was qualified to use the sim from my regular phone and get to load a whole lot of music, with the memory card responsibility that i can usefor this phone, its just awesome. great for loading knee-high to a grasshopper movies to my 8gig card. thanks...

PROBLEMS PROBLEMS PROBLEMSIt is now Dignified 26th, I ordered my phone on August 21st and paid the $30 one day shipping fee to take home the phone on the 24th. The delivery date was supposed to be August 24th or 25th. I still haven't received the phone. I've tried to phone the seller twice and haven't received a response except for an auto respond. I want my phone and my $30 back.

Don't buy from this drug. Brought 2 BlackBerry Pearl 8110 Unlocked Phones from this dealer as a gift for my parents in India. When I got it here and switched on, it started with full mobile showing At&T sign in the home screen. Since I didn't have non AT&T sim, I couldn't validate 'unlocked' phone. parents received phone in India, found phone not unlocked, mobile not good, confirmed used battery by a phone dealer. We can't now set off back the phone for a refund, not return worth shipping charges and for the rhythm. We had to do a software flashing and buy another battery for this cell to use it. My first horrible experience from amazon.

Very disapointed with the phone. It was clear the guts of the phone were refurbished, but the outside casing was new. However the back would not stay on. The box was utilized, relabeled, and did not go with that model of phone. I sent back immediately!!!

i presume the phone do whatever it does, i mean, just luck at the price...but in this pack i have being swindle!! the phone was not new, and not only that, i took it to a repair center and they tell me it was unconditionally broken!!! so.. if you are thinking on buy this model, go for it but no with this seller. if you do so, you are going to freed your money!!!!! i garantee you that!!!
