PROBLEMS PROBLEMS PROBLEMSIt is now Imperial 26th, I ordered my phone on August 21st and paid the $30 one day shipping fee to net the phone on the 24th. The delivery date was supposed to be August 24th or 25th. I still haven't received the phone. I've tried to communicate with the seller twice and haven't received a response except for an auto riposte. I want my phone and my $30 back.

Don't buy from this consumer. Brought 2 BlackBerry Pearl 8110 Unlocked Phones from this dealer as a gift for my parents in India. When I got it here and switched on, it started with full mobile showing At&T sign in the home screen. Since I didn't have non AT&T sim, I couldn't back up 'unlocked' phone. parents received phone in India, found phone not unlocked, mobile not good, confirmed used battery by a phone dealer. We can't now bring to back the phone for a refund, not return worth shipping charges and for the measure. We had to do a software flashing and buy another battery for this cell to use it. My first horrible experience from amazon.

The apparatus purchased for its prestigious website came out bad, the phone switches itself off, freestyle charge and does not grasp here in my country I was notified that it has no basis because the microprocessor is destabilized, it would appreciate in advance if I puedebn help something .-

Very disapointed with the phone. It was plain the guts of the phone were refurbished, but the outside casing was new. However the back would not stay on. The box was acclimated to, relabeled, and did not go with that model of phone. I sent back immediately!!!

i theorize the phone do whatever it does, i mean, just luck at the price...but in this if it should happen i have being swindle!! the phone was not new, and not only that, i took it to a repair center and they tell me it was thoroughly broken!!! so.. if you are thinking on buy this model, go for it but no with this seller. if you do so, you are going to dispersed your money!!!!! i garantee you that!!!

Against appearsIt looks threadbare! the box had no seal of assurance that indicates a new phone. The box looks old, has enough dust. Still I have not second-hand because it is a gift that I will give later. I hope not fail!
felt cheated..waiting for a replacement
Indeed I got this phone for a wedding anniversary gift for one of my friend for her husband... even though her save was delighted to see the BB pearl phone package.. it all vanished once he opened the box.. the phone was full of scratches and looked like a acclimated to phone even though the seller claimed to be a new phone that was never opened.
I am working with Amazon.com to see how I can get this phone replaced..
Its a moral for me not to buy if it is not from amazon..
WHAT A DISASTERIOUS Buying
Please abide away from this phone. The phone is very complicated. Not practical for on-the-go business professionals. This phone does not conversion well to other networks. It takes more than 24hrs to get phone fully charges and even than it does not contain good battery life throughout the day. I have better service with a cheaper pay-as-you-go phone than the blackberry pearl. I am very dissappointed with this yield after having paid more than $300. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT
