Unfortunately I'm estremly disappointed in the purchase of the HTC S621, on inserting the sim funny man destined the phone after appprox 5 mins use. turns off/shuts down on it's own accord. Is it reasonable to return the HTC S621 to bechanged for a similiar model or another make?

Correct CELL PHONE
I do not have much chance with my phone, but my friends who know more than I do about cell phones, I say it's an excellent phone. has camera and the photos are distinctly and beautiful. The Wi-Fi is buenisimo. Wherever I get the signal internet. The only detail I see is that I can not change the language because the window is in English and can not deputize changes in that regard.

Not as adequate as the reviews say...
All the reviews royal what a wonderful phone the Dash is, but there are some problems it has.
1. I'm not sure if this is common, but it the silver plate faceplate on mine came off rather easily. I've fixed it with superglue, but still a possible maker problem.
2. The Jogger Bar (a touch sensitive bar on the side of the phone) is nearly covered to those who didn't know it existed in the first place. If you don't leave the phone locked when you centre it then it will turn the volume up by itself, call people, answer the phone, etc. This feature can be turned off and that is what I did once I realized how.
3. With the paragraph messaging a slip of fingers can cause the type to turn in to Chinese lettering. This happened to me and I discharge hours trying to figure out how to fix it the first day I got it. For those of you that have friends and family with this phone and this enigma should choose to pop up, all you do is press alt then cap (both in the lower left corner of the keyboard). That changes it back to English or what ever style is set to the device.
That's it for the problems, but there are some really nice features I enjoy.
1. Texting is set up like palaver where you can view previous messages to and from the same person. It really helps after you get in to conversations with 4 or 5 population at a time.
2. The screen is very easy to see even outside during the day.
3. The back is rubberized and it doesn't slide patently off of dashboards.
These are just a few of the Pros and Cons of the HTC Dash.

ive had it for a month and it works grand didnt come with the case so now its all scratched up great battery biography great music player great texting loud enough speakers didnt get to go on the internet much because wifi not as tough as a laptop....
Poor
I've had this phone for approx. 1.5 years and have been content for a new one for the last few months. I use it only for the basics: texting, phone calls & syncing to my Point of view calendar. It freezes up a lot & shuts down on a fully charged battery at least once a day. I can't create using this for emails and the web. There isn't a way to delete alarms,if you decide to change the stretch, it will go off every time you've ever programmed. I had to turn the alarm sound to silent, which means I can't use it at all anymore. It stopped reading my thought card for no reason for months and then one day recognized it again. I have T-mobile and they've been no help, but I divine you get what you pay for.

The effect function is not as great as previous comments. For $179, the product itself is overpriced with no blow screen, only 1.3M camera which is very obsolete. I made a mistake, would not come back to this result with this price.
The S-621 is an unexceptionally great phone
I've had this phone for about one month now and it's unpleasant to see what there is tocomplain about.Compared to most smartphones that I've come into contact with , including the Blackberry , it's upper.The company that it was purchased from (TigerDirect.com) did a great job with their expendiency and packaging ; so I'm utterly satisfied.Thank you Amazon.com andTigerDirect.com .

Swift fix but not 100%I had a damaged screen so this did resolve that issue, however, created 2 new issues. Now my almshouse button does not work like it should. I find myself having to proffer it down for a very long time to bring me to the home screen(does not meet with all the time, but more so than not)sometimes I have to shut the phone off and restart it in order to get to the home guard. Also the left side of screen is not responding, so if in need to type the letter A, Q, or the legions 1, I have to put the phone the landscape way. Not to major, but annoying. This is my experience with it.
Rigid my screen but I have no sound
I should have known speculator than to hope for an easy fix. First I ordered just the glass and spent partially a day taking it apart carefully, heating the glass with a blow dryer for partially an hour, gluing the glass to my original frame and then trying to put it back together... well Wireless"Superlative" sent me the wrong one so after all that and the cable didn't fit. Unfortunately I waited too covet and my 30 days were up and not to mention I couldn't have returned something glued to my model frame so I got screwed out of the cost of the glass. Then I ordered the screen additional frame, I figured for and extra $25 it was worth it not to have to try and take apart the window and frame, it was very tedious and no instructional videos mentioned to be careful of the rubber lining on the context so it got ruined. So I get it, I install it on my LCD, it works, hurray! Then I try to listen to a voicemail... sounds like the hardly voices are so far away and the sound won't turn up anymore. The speaker phone works penalty though. Anyone have an idea what may have gone wrong? So far I've spent almost $100 (had to go out and buy a whole mini screwdriver set too because the counterfeit ones they give you are crap) and my phone is just broken in new ways. I would have been recovered off taking it in.
So So replacement...indubitably not a 100% 3GS screen
I did the replacement on my iphone 3GS in about 25 minutes...it is moderate and saves you time...a tip is to remember to take off the screw on the top right again ...if you use this pattern, you should wind up with one extra screw.
The first thing i noticed after i made the mod is that the screen felt like the old 3G screen, lots of prints and not as pleasant as the 3GS screen. I think it lacks the anti oil coating that the original has.
Also, it seems to have some issues with when the 3G first began to ship...the upper section of the glass sticks out from the rubber seal causing the glass to be uneven with the bezel. it is infuriating as i paid 60 dollars, but it wont be that noticeable if you put it in a case...
I'm flourishing to slap a film on it so it makes the screen a bit smoother. luckily my ball hasn't figured out the screen sticks out on top...
Cheaper easier regulation to fix your screen...maybe some quality control issues...possibly the old puzzler 3G screens being resold...I dont know...I'm giving it a 2 star because for the prosperous you pay, it didn't go on perfect with the glass sticking out, feels different from the 3GS with prints all over the all set and it didn't come with the cloth that was promised.
If it was priced cheaper, I'd to all intents would have given it a better rating.
Shipped inappropriate product
This train was to be sending me the 3gs screen as the item is labeled as on amazon. When I recieved the consequence it was for the regular 3g. When I requested a refund or the correct product the company enlightened me they don't offer it Goethe 3gs (even though that's what they listed it on amazon as). Once shipping it back I did get a refund but was not refunded for ANY of the shipping expenditure, only the product itself. Very disappointed with my experience with this company.
